ESCAPINATOR NEW PLYMOUTH BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS USED:

  •   Website = Dungeon Masters Limited’s official website – escapinator.co.nz

  •   You = visitor of the Website and or the person that has made the booking

  •   Game = the activity provided by the Dungeon Masters Limited and as per described on the website and      game rules 

USE of DUNGEON MASTERS LTD OFFICIAL BOOKING SYSTEM:

  • The official booking system on the Website is provided by Bookeo.com

  • The official booking system is to assist You in determining the availability of the Game and to make legitimate reservations for the Game.

  •  You warrant that You are at least 14 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use the booking system in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.

  • You agree to supervise all usage of this booking system by minors under the age of 14 with Your name or account.

  • You also warrant that all information supplied by You at the booking system is true and accurate.

  • Without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited.

  • You agree that the booking system shall be used only to make legitimate reservations for You.

  • You understand that overuse or abuse of the booking system may result in You being denied access to the booking system. 

  • You may sign in with the use of your Facebook account. 

  • Your name and other details are the methods used by Dungeon Masters Limited to identify You.

  • You are responsible for all information posted to the booking system under your name.

  •  You may not adapt or circumvent the booking system nor access it other than through normal operations. 

BOOKING POLICY:

  • The Game can only be played with a valid booking.

  • All bookings require either full payment or a deposit in advance in order to be finalized.

  • Bookings can only be made online via the Dungeon Masters Limited’ booking system on the website or via telephone (+64 6 757 3640).

  • Each booking is confirmed by an e-mail, which contains the Booking number of the booking.

  • If the booked Game cannot be held due to special circumstances, a coupon will be issued, which will guarantee another opportunity for the Game to take place.

  • All prices shown on the Website are in New Zealand dollars. All prices include the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax. (Net value, GST and the total payable amount is shown separately.)

  • Dungeon Masters Limited holds the right to change booking conditions in the future. However, once a Game is booked, the conditions for that Game will not be changed, it will be as per the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • A booking can be cancelled over the phone on +64 6 757 3640 or in an email at enquiry@escapinator.co.nz. 

  • If You and your team are more than 15 minutes late for the booking, You will be deemed a no-show, and the booking will be deemed a cancellation. 

  • If You cannot make the booked Game, the Escapinator Team appreciates Your courtesy to let us know as soon as possible.

MODIFICATION POLICY: 

A booking can be modified via the booking system on the Website by clicking on the link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can make changes to your booking via telephone (+64 6 757 3640) or email at enquiry@escapinator.co.nz.

PAYMENT POLICY:

  • Payments must be made prior to the beginning of the booked Game.

  • Payments can be made online or in person with EFTPOS, credit card or cash at the office of the Dungeon Masters Limited (44 Currie Street, New Plymouth, 4310, New Zealand).

REFUND POLICY:

  • Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will not receive a refund.

  • You will not be refunded if You are refused entry because You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • You will not be refunded if You are removed from the Game because you did not act according to the Game Rules, or (and) you were at risk to others, or (and) your behaviour was inappropriate according to the Escapinator Team.
